STEVEN MCCAUGHNEY – MANAGING DIRECTOR
With 18 years of commercial banking experience and having being awarded the MFAA’s Commercial Broker of the Year award, Steven has proven himself as someone you can trust.
Steven is a family man who loves the beach, and spends his time inxxxxxxxxx Basketball & Boxing.
He is married with 2 kids, living in Perth’s Northern Suburbs. He enjoys playing & coaching Basketball and is a Boxing & Kickboxing fan as well.
Having worked in the Banking & Finance industry for the last 18 years, most of which in Commercial banking helping business owners, Steve has a unique understanding of how banks view applications, who has the cheapest and most appropriate loans for you, and who is most likely to approve your application.

TIM QUINTAL – FINANCE BROKER
Tim’s motivation has always been about helping others. Growing up in a family of property investors and following in the footsteps of his brother and uncle, Tim has mortgage broking in his blood and strives to one day become a broker in his own right.
Starting from a very young age Tim has enjoyed mathematics and has always had a strong interest in finance. He received many awards throughout his school life and recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Actuarial and Applied Statistics). Before joining Byfields Finance, he enjoyed working as a tutor for Kumon Australia.
Tim grew up in the northern suburbs of Perth and loves swimming, training in Muay Thai and spending quality time with his family and girlfriend.
